Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 June 2026

Celvix Partners ("Celvix", "we", "us") is a real estate growth agency. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. It applies to the real estate agents we partner with, to visitors of this website, and to the prospective property buyers ("leads") generated through our marketing campaigns on behalf of our agents.

1. Information we collect

From agents (our clients)

  • Identity & contact details: name, email, phone, brokerage, city/market.
  • Business information: active listings, monthly property volume, portfolio details, goals.
  • Account & advertising access you grant us (e.g. ad accounts, social profiles, CRM connections).
  • Commission & sales data: closed-sale records, sale prices, and attribution information used to calculate our 0.5% commission.

From leads (your prospective buyers)

  • Contact details submitted through campaign landing pages and lead forms (name, email, phone).
  • Property interests and qualification responses (budget, location, timeline).
  • Engagement and device data from ads and pages (cookies, IP, analytics events).

From website visitors

  • Form submissions on our contact page.
  • Standard analytics and cookie data.

2. How we use information

  • To build and run sales strategies, lead-generation campaigns, content, and positioning for our agents.
  • To deliver qualified leads to the relevant agent and manage their digital presence.
  • To measure performance and attribute results from first touch through to a closed sale.
  • To calculate, invoice, and verify our commission on closed sales.
  • To communicate with agents and respond to inquiries.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Commission & sales-attribution data

To operate our commission model fairly, we maintain records linking the leads and campaigns we run to the properties that ultimately close. This may include lead source, campaign identifiers, dates of contact, and final sale price. We use this solely to determine which sales are attributable to our work and to calculate the agreed 0.5% commission. These records are retained for the duration of the partnership and as required for tax and accounting purposes.

4. Lead data handling & ownership

Leads generated for an agent are shared with that agent for the purpose of pursuing a sale. We act as a service provider/processor on behalf of the agent for these leads and do not sell lead data. We handle it under appropriate safeguards and only for the agreed campaign purposes. Agents are responsible for their own lawful use of leads we deliver.

5. Cookies & analytics

We and our advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to run and measure campaigns, retarget audiences, and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

6. Sharing & disclosure

  • With advertising and analytics platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok) to deliver campaigns.
  • With service providers (hosting, CRM, email) under confidentiality obligations.
  • With the relevant agent, for leads generated on their behalf.
  • Where required by law, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including the life of the partnership and any legal, accounting, or commission-verification requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent.
  • Data portability.
  • Under GDPR: lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
  • Under the CCPA/CPRA: know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any right, contact us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information entrusted to us.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
